ColonelGraff is a developer best known for being the developer of Scuba Diving at Quill Lake and for his various tycoon, cart ride and obby games. He is also the owner of Moondrop Studios and the creator of Westbound, a western-style shooter game.

On October 18, 2010, ColonelGraff joined Roblox, and in early 2017 he released Scuba Diving at Quill Lake, a treasure hunting game. On October 9, 2018, he released his western shooter RPG, Westbound, which went through a paid beta stage until he released it on August 4, 2020^[1]. As of September 22, 2023, he has a total of 118,506,914 place visits largely due to his game "Scuba Diving at Quill Lake🤿". Moving forward, he heads the development of the upcoming game Westbound 2 under Moondrop Studios.
